The Team

Founder of Change Vanguard, Manuel Giudice grew up in Southern Italy during the 80s and 90s, where he supported his family’s brick-and-mortar businesses, navigating the challenges of business growth with limited resources and under the pressures of organised crime demands.

This early experience informed his interests in change, resilience, and leadership. After graduating in Organisational Psychology and traveling the world, he served as a consultant, facilitator, and advisor to large corporates and entrepreneurial ventures, working with project teams, entrepreneurs, and executive sponsors on large-scale transformations.

Change Vanguard was founded in 2017 (formerly Giudice Research International) after recognising that, irrespective of size, businesses face similar challenges - often struggling to realise value under pressure, weaving together people and mechanics.

His ambition is to create performance ecosystems where modern leaders can succeed.
